Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the production and quality control of pizza dough. 
  2. Passionate about pizza dough. Self motivated to continue to improve skills and techniques. 
  3. Maintain company wide expected standards of food quality.
  4. Work as a fully integrated team member in a busy, creative kitchen. 
  5. Arrive on time and ready to work, tidy and well kept. 
  6. Maintain an organized work station.
  7. Contribute to the growth of the creative culture as able and asked. 
  8. Take instruction and follow recipes as shared and instructed.
  9. Work with the team to maintain and support a working schedule.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chef and Culinary Director. 

Qualifications

  1. Must have at least 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience working with dough and a deck oven. 
  2. Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, floor staff, and guests.
  3. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
  4. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
