Made with sparkling water, each can of Wilson’s Energy Seltzer boasts the added benefit of health-boosting probiotics from apple cider vinegar without the unpleasant taste, as well as sustained, all-day energy without the crash or jitters that are prevalent in many national brands. With the noble bee as the company’s sigil, sourcing local honey, made by the same bees that pollinate the orchard, was a no-brainer.

Each flavor is low in sugar, without artificial sweeteners. Grapefruit, Peach Ginger, and Yuzu Mango are touched with a hint of sweetness from locally-produced Ebert Honey.
Cucumber Lime is left unsweetened, also making the drink vegan-friendly.

The apple cider vinegar in Wilson’s Energy is made from the same apples that go into our pies, cider, and turnovers. We press those apples into cider, then add “mother”, the biological culture that makes it all happen. Our culture is a gift from long-time employee and friend Jack Neuzil, whose Iowa family has been making vinegar from this same mother for generations.
