Ciderhouse (Upper Level)
Join us for the Buck Moon on Wednesday, July 29th for a four-course meal with four drink pairings outside in the picnic area at the farm (across from the Farm Market and Pizza Shack). All seating for the Buck Moon will be outdoors and communcal. In the case of bad weather, the event will be moved to the Ciderhouse. Doors open at 6:00 pm, food will be served at 6:20 pm.
First Course
Venison Carpaccio with Rutabaga, Cherries, and Luxardo Vinaigrette

Local Tomato Caprese Salad with Olive Oil and Vinaigrette

Venison Loin with Charred Gooseberry Coulis and Local German Style Potato Salad
