On today's Bite Size video, we're back in our cider orchard talking about the French cider apple, Binet Rouge. This biannual apple comes from Normandy, France, and is an ancient crop from unknown origins. It's used in a number of different ways in the cider world and makes a great pollinator for other apple varieties.
