On this Bite Size video, we're talking about a newer apple called Rosalee. This apple comes from the Midwest Apple Improvement Association and is a mix of Honeycrisp and Fuji apples. Originally named "MAIA 11" until getting its proper name, Rosalee a couple years later, this apple is an attempt to take the best parts of Honeycrisp and Fuji. The juice and crispiness of Honeycrisp and the appearance and sweetness of Fuji.
